How long on average do I hire your services for?
We do not hire our services by the hour, however as a rule we would be with you between 2 1/2 and 4 hours.
Do you provide extra journeys to the Church?
We offer a personal and flexible service and maybe able to provide more than one journey depending on your requirements and distance involved an additional car may be required.
Can we view the cars in person?
Yes, you are more than welcome to view your transport at any reasonable time, by prior arrangement.
Is there a price list?
No. Because each Occasion is unique, we discuss individual requirements.
How do we book?
We will reserve your date for seven days prior to receiving a completed booking form and deposit which is non-refundable. Full balance is require 6 weeks before the occasion.
Can we cancel after we have booked?
It will incur a loss of the non-refundable deposit and if cancelled within 6 weeks of the wedding and final balance has been paid, no refund will be made.
Do you offer car decorations?
Usually white or ivory ribbons and bows, or a colour of your choice. Silk flowers in the rear window, and outside on the Beauford trunk. Alternatively, you may prefer to provide your own fresh flowers.
Do we operate all year round?
Yes we do, but in severe weather conditions, and at our discretion, the Beauford carriage may not be used. We reserve the right to substitute another limousine as the bridal transport.
What area is covered?
We are local to the Midlands area, but further distances may be accommodated by arrangement.
Changes to itinerary?
Instructions may be changed up to 6 weeks prior to the Event. However, we are not able to consider alterations to arrangements after this time.
